What PitPass is
PitPass is a booking platform. We list gaming cafes and let you reserve a rig for a chosen time window. The gaming session itself is provided by the venue, not by us.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
- Venue admin accounts are invite-only and may be revoked at any time.
Bookings
- A booking reserves one rig for the exact window you picked, within the venue’s opening hours.
- Show your QR ticket at the counter to check in. Arriving after your window has ended may be recorded as a no-show and the rig released.
- You can modify or cancel a booking from “My bookings” while the slot is still free.
Pricing and payment
Rates are set by each venue and shown per hour; the amount for a booking is calculated pro rata for the minutes booked. Payment is settled with the venue.
Conduct at venues
Venue house rules apply while you are on their premises. Damage to equipment is a matter between you and the venue.
Availability
We aim to keep PitPass online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for a venue cancelling, closing or failing to honour a booking.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
