Last updated: September 2026. PitPass (“we”, “us”) runs a booking platform that connects gamers with gaming cafes in India. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares with us.
- Booking details — the venue, rig, date and time of every booking you make, plus its status and verification code.
- Technical data — standard log data such as browser type and approximate location, used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To create, show and check in your bookings.
- To share your name and booking window with the venue you booked, so their staff can seat you.
- To send service emails (booking confirmations, password resets, admin invites).
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Venue admins can see only bookings made at their own venue.
Storage and security
Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, so each account can read only its own records. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and never stored by us in plain text.
Your choices
You can edit your name and password from your profile page at any time. To delete your account and booking history, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
