How we work

• Small team, direct ownership — you talk to venues and gamers yourself.
• Ship weekly, keep it simple, fix the root cause.
• Remote-friendly, with venue visits across the city.

No formal openings right now. We still read every message — if you are a full-stack engineer, a designer, or someone who knows the gaming cafe scene, tell us what you would build.
